The Council shall be responsible for all related tasks in terms of management and conservation of the aforesaid waterworks and shall attend to supply water for domestic and non domestic use to all the people. Domestic use water shall be free of charge and non domestic use shall be paid for on the basis of consume monitored by a meter. No one shall use the domestic water supply for other non domestic uses and if contravening, they shall be fined. No one shall in any way interfere with the waterworks, alter, destroy or damage them or a sentence shall be passed on. Full text English
