Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canada Shipping Act. Section 2 establishes that no ship of any class shall navigate in any shipping safety control zone prescribed under subsection 11(1) of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act unless the ship complies with the present Regulations. The text consists of 7 sections and 7 Schedules.
