Parts II, III and IV concern the Corporation and an entity. The Coffee Industry Fund constituted under Section 25 of the Coffee Industry Act (Chapter 208) and transferred to the Coffee Industry Corporation by Section 40, shall continue in existence in accordance with this Act (sect. 10). Part V deals with inspection of coffee production by the Corporation. Part VI concerns registration of coffee dealers, producers, etc. Part VII places restrictions on the exportation of coffee, whereas Part VII places restrictions on dealing in unprocessed coffee.
