Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Coffee Industry Regulation Act with respect to a cess imposed on Jamaican coffee destined for exportation. The cess imposed under section 10 of the Act, requires persons exporting coffee to make returns to the Coffee Industry Board and to deposit an amount equivalent to the cess upon such coffee before exportation.
