Abstract

These Rules prescribe forms for purposes of the Coffee Act. The forms concern, among other things: a nursery registration certificate; annual certificate of registration; applications for a licences; various licences; certificates of registration; returns to be send to the Kenya Coffee Board by coffee nurseries, plantation growers, co-operative societies, management agents, millers, marketers, warehousemen, dealers or grower marketers who undertake roasting of coffee, the manager of the Nairobi Coffee Exchange and financiers in the coffee industry; and a movement permit. An applicant under this Order shall comply with the respective licensing requirements specified in the Fourth Schedule. The Board may prescribe fees to be paid for services rendered under this Order.
