Abstract

These Rules prescribe forms for purposes of the Coffee Act. The forms concern, among other things: certificate of registration of a coffee grower; an application for registration as a coffee processor; processing, trading and statistical returns; an application for registration of a coffee marketing agent; an application for a coffee warehouseman’s licence; a movement permit; and an application for registration as a management agent with the Coffee Board of Kenya.
