Abstract

This Codex incorporates various Decree on spatial planning and related matters for the Flanders region. Those Decree concern, among other things, integrated water management, protection of water resources, new developments, environmental permits, environmental impact assessment and spatial planning. It empowers the Flemish Government to make Orders for specific matters in urban areas. It shall also adopt a Regional Spatial Plan.
