Abstract

The present Code enacts the Water Act and the Water (Ministerial) Regulation. The Code lays down provisions relating to the practice for the temporary diversion of water for hydrostatic testing of pipelines. The text consists of 11 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); Bound by Code of Practice (2); Notification (3);Water use bound by the Water Act (4); Operating standards (5); Plans (6); Post test certification (7); Reporting (8); Record keeping and information availability (9); Effective date (10); Code Amendment (11). One Schedule is enclosed.
