Abstract The present Code enacts the Water Act and the Water (Ministerial) Regulation. The Code lays down provisions relating to the practice of pipelines and telecommunication lines crossing a water body. Section 2 of Part 2 establishes that an owner and any person who carries out a works shall comply with the requirements set out in this Code of Practice.
