Abstract The present Code enacts the Environment Protection and Enhancement Act. Section 2 of Part 2 of the above-mentioned Code establishes that any person who constructs, operates or reclaims a waterworks system that consists solely of a water distribution system must do so in accordance with this Code of Practice.
