The present Code enters into force on 1 October 2008.
Abstract

The present Code enacts the Environment Protection and Enhancement Act. Section 2 of Part 2 of the above-mentioned Code establishes that any person who constructs, operates or reclaims a waterworks system that consists solely of a water distribution system must do so in accordance with this Code of Practice. The text consists of 9 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); General provisions (2); Administration, design and construction requirements (3); Operational requirements (4); Limits and monitoring requirements (5); Reclamation requirements (6); Reporting requirements (7); Record keeping requirements (8); Code of practice administration (9). One Schedule is enclosed.
