Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cacao Act. Applications for a license for a cocoa fermentary or for a cocoa dealer shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1. Licenses for a cocoa fermentary or for a cocoa dealer shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2. Cocoa beans intended for export shall satisfy the requirements set out in regulation 3.
