Abstract

These By-Laws empower the Board to declare an area within the sanctuary or the marine park to be a rehabilitation area and to declare the actions prohibited within the area to persons not members of the group. The area must be clearly sign posted indicating the rehabilitation area, the prohibited action, the boundaries of the area and the penalties for breaching these by-Laws.
