These Regulations enter into force on 1 September 2000.
Abstract

These Regulations declare that all coastal land within the county of Carnarvon that is above and within 500 metres of the mean high water mark on the seashore at spring tides constitutes part of the coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act 1972.
