Abstract

A Regulation to provide for the establishments of royalties for coal. The Regulation contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein, such as “bituminous coal”, “sub-bituminous coal”, “Board”, “coal”, “coal mine”, “coal processing plant”, “coal project”, “Crown”, “marketable coal”, etc. Section 2 establishes the amounts of royalties for bituminous coal and sub-bituminous coal. The text consists of 12 sections.
