These Regulations enter into force on 1 December 2000.
Abstract

These Regulations aim at ensuring the safety of coal mines, regulating the work of safety supervision over coal mines and protecting personal safety and physical health of employees of coal mines. The Regulations consists of 50 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Coal mine safety supervision organizations and their functions and duties (II); Content of coal mine safety supervision (III); Penalties (IV); Supplementary provisions (V).
