Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Coal Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation "land" includes foreshore and land covered by water. Section 2 establishes that a coal land in each parcel or tract of land is identified by a site number and name set out in Column 1 of the Table, within the mining division and land district set out in Column 2 of the Table. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Table.
