For the purpose of ensuring its revisions, this Regulation expires on 30 June 2019.
Abstract

The present Regulations enacts the Coal Conservation Act. The Regulation lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the issuing of permits to drill holes, to develop a trench, tunnel, shaft, slope, bulk sample pit or other excavations and permits to develop a mine site. The text consists of 89 sections.
