The society may receive support for rural development if it conforms to the requirements laid down in laws and regulations. The Cabinet shall determine the conformity criteria of societies and the procedures for evaluating such societies. The Ministry of Agriculture shall evaluate the conformity of the society, take a decision to grant the status of conformity or to refuse to grant the status of conformity and to cancel the status of conformity, as well as shall perform supervision of the activity of the conforming societies. The Ministry of Agriculture may delegate the task referred to in Paragraph two of this Section to a private person or another public person in accordance with the procedures laid down in the State Administration Structure Law. If the conformity evaluation has been delegated to a private person or a public person, the decision which has been taken in relation to the State administrative tasks delegated thereto may be contested to the Ministry of Agriculture. The decision of the Ministry of Agriculture may be appealed to the District Administrative Court.
