A Central Co-operative Fund Committees is established under regulation 3. Members of the Fund are appointed by the Minister under regulation 4. The Committee shall administer the Fund, promote cooperative education and training, finance programmes, commission studies, and otherwise assist and promote cooperative societies and cooperative movements in Malta in accordance with regulation 3. Other provisions concern administration of funds, payment out of the Fund, auditing, authority to sign and annual meetings of the Committees of Management all registered cooperative societies.
