Abstract This Act provides for the registration, functioning and management of co-operative societies, provides for the control of registered co-operative societies and provides rules relative to the operations of registered co-operative societies. It also makes provision for the resolution of disputes and establishes the Co-operative Societies Appeals Tribunal.
