Abstract This Act makes provision with respect to establishment, registration, management, operation, reconstruction, amalgamation and dissolution of co-operative societies in Monserrat. It also contains rules relative to the marketing of produce through co-operative societies and provides for settlement of disputes by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies or an arbitrator. Before carrying out business, co-operative societies shall be registered in the register established under this Act.
