Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulations set out the areas designated as no shooting areas and for the purposes of section 26 (1) (c) of the Act, there is no open season for any wildlife species in those areas. The text consists of 12 sections and 14 Schedules.
