In particular, article 4 establishes that the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestrey, the Environment and Water Resources shall estblish a National Climate Protection Committee. The Committee shall consider principle questions on a long-term climate politic and develop effective climate strategies. The text consists of 9 articles. Two Annexes are enclosed.
