Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to compliance with maximum levels of greenhouse gas emissions and the development of effective measures to protect the climate. In particular, article 4 establishes that the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestrey, the Environment and Water Resources shall estblish a National Climate Protection Committee.
