The Regulation provides for the organisational structure of the Fund including the board, secretariat of the board, the committee, financial year, annual year and fund resources. Article 12 of the text provides that the board having received advice from its investment sub- committee shall establish a Statement of Investment Objectives and Policies which will govern every investment of the Fund. Article 13 elaborates on the requests for assistance. The Regulation further provides for assessment criteria, monitoring and reporting, and dispute settlement.
