Abstract

This Act establishes the Clifton Heritage Authority as a body corporate and declares the Clifton Heritage to be an inalienable part of the national patrimony of The Bahamas. The Authority shall, among other things, manage, preserve, promote and develop Clifton Heritage as a national park and historic cultural heritage site and preserve, construct, manage and maintain buildings, parks, waterways, nature reserves and nature trails at Clifton Heritage.
