For the purpose of the present Regulations "biogenic waste" means non-fossilized organic refuse that originates from residential, commercial, institutional, demolition, land clearing or construction sources. Section 2 establishes that “biogenic waste” is a prescribed resource for the purposes of the definition of "clean or renewable resource" in section 1 (1) of the Act. The text consists of 2 sections.
