Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 8 articles, lay out two main aspects: (1) the fee amount required for applying for an emission permit per billing unit, and (2) the criteria for calculating the billing units applicable to each emission source under a permit. Additionally, these Regulations cover important details such as (i) the payment schedule for the fees, (ii) the procedure for revoking emission permits due to unpaid fees, and (iii) any alterations to the fee amount. Annex 1 provides specific information concerning the number of billing units applicable to applicants seeking an emission permit.
