The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 1990.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 29 of the Parks Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the appointment of park boards and to the granting of park permits. The text consists of 46 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Park use permits (2); Public use of parks (3); Schedule A: Annual park use permit fees.
