Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to permitted levels of aircraft noise. Article 3 establishes that the owner of an aircraft has to submit to the competent authority a certificate declaring that the noise level is within the limits established by the law. The authority shall issue a certificate of approval. Article 6 lists exceptions to this procedure.
