Abstract

This document, of Three Sections and One Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the exportation of grapefruit concentrate. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits the exportation of grapefruit concentrate, as listed in the Annex, for a price below the one listed in the Annex. Section (3) prohibits any producer to grant credit for a period that exceeds 90 days from bill of lading date.
