In order to achieve its goal, the targets of the provisions are farmers fattening male cattle, who shall receive incentives paid by the local branch of Agricultural bank of Turkey, where the slaughtering is performed. Farmers are compelled to submit veterinary health certificate and/or certificate of origin, cattle identification tags, and registration certificate to the slaughterhouse management.
