Abstract This Circular, consisting of 13 articles divided into four Chapters, prescribes for food safety assurance conditions for processed milk production and trading establishments managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This Circular applies to: a) Processed milk production and trading establishments; b) Competent state management agencies and organizations and individuals involved in the production and trading of processed milk. This Circular does not apply to: a) Small-scale processed milk production and trading establishments; bl Street catering service providers and street food vendors governed by the Ministry of Health's Circular No. 30/2012/TT-BYT of December 5, 2012, providing food safety conditions for street catering service providers and street food vendors.
