Abstract This Circular, consisting of 13 articles divided into four Chapters, This Circular prescribes food safety requirements for vegetable oil production and trading establishments managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This Circular applies to: a) Vegetable oil production and trading establishments; b) Competent state management agencies and organizations and individuals involved in vegetable oil production and trading. It does not apply to: a) Small-scale vegetable oil production and trading establishments; b) Street catering service providers and street food vendors governed by the Ministry of Health's Circular No. 30/2012/TT-BYT of 5 December 2012, providing food safety conditions for street catering service providers and street food vendors..
