Abstract A regulation to provide for the collection of fees for the control of food safety and hygiene by state bodies of aquatic products and the expenditure of those fees. The main body of the regulation is divided into four parts: use of the collected fee amounts; the elaboration and execution of fee collection-spending estimates; regulation of fees for aquatic product quality, safety and hygiene control; final settlement of collection-spending of fees for aquatic product quality, safety and hygiene control. The Ministry of Aquatic Resources shall establish control mechanisms for correct collection of fee. Full text English
