Abstract The aim of this Circular is to protect animal against diseases. This Circular is composed of 5 articles. Breeding of local chickens, pigeons and domestic birds in the vicinity of poultry farms is absolutely prohibited (art. 1). All breeders of local chickens, pigeons and domestic birds shall close chicken coops and poultry pens with the objective to prevent the contact with migratory wildlife birds. All bird farms that do not comply with the provisions of this Circular shall be confiscated and destroyed at the owners expense (art. 3). Article 4 entrusts the Regional Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture with the competence to implement this Circular. Full text Arabic
