Abstract

This Circular, in line with the Decision of the Prime Minister specifies policy measures to encourage and create favourable conditions for domestic organizations, households, and individuals of all economic sectors as well as foreign investors to invest in the field of breeding of aquatic animals. It provides also for the implementation of policies. Section 1 of Part II contains directions relative to the scientific and technological development of aquatic breeding. The State shall invest in and provide incentives for the development of aquatic breeding in accordance with the directions set out in section 3 of Part II. Other provisions concern taxes, research and training, and State management of aquatic breeding including use of feedstuffs and chemicals.
