The present Regulations enters into force on 31 January 1994.
Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Forests Act. IN particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the levy to be paid by brokers to the Christmas Tree Council of Nova Scotia. The text consists of 9 sections.
