Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Forests Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the grading of Christmas tress. Section 4 establishes that the Minister, upon the application of a grader, may issue grade tags to be used for the purpose of the present Regulations and may determine the fee to be paid for the issuance of grade tags. The text consists of 11 sections.
