Abstract

These Bye-laws concern the control of animals causing danger or nuisance and straying livestock in the area under the jurisdiction of the Chobe District Council. The Council may prohibit the use for the keeping of livestock of any stable which in the opinion of the Council is unfit, undesirable or objectionable by reason of its locality, construction, condition or manner of use. The Council may also, by Resolution, establish stables for the purposes of these Bye-Laws. Restrictions are placed on the keeping of bees, poultry and infected or troublesome animals.
