Abstract

This Act provides for the development of a lake on the Georges River. For the purposes of the Act, the Chipping Norton Lake Authority is established and regulated. Under Part 3, certain land is vested in, or can be granted to, the Authority; moreover, the Authority may acquire land in the pursue purposes of the Act. The Act also regulates the financial matters related to the administration of the Act and to the operation of the Authority.
