Abstract This Chief Executive Order amends the Regulation of the Plan for fisheries development and support - PDAP. Amended article 8 establishes that in duly substantiated exceptional cases, the Board of Directors of the Fund may, on the basis of a favorable opinion from the Appreciation Committee, authorize: the extension of the repayment period for the support granted to the beneficiaries, which maximum period may not exceed seven years.
