Abstract This Regulation establishes a plan of action for the Chicken Farmers of New Brunswick. The Regulation specifies functions and powers of the Board and authorizes it to fix and collect levies and charges. Under section 8, the purposes for which the Board is established include: the promotion, control and regulation within the regulated area of the production and marketing of chicken; the promotion of the consumption and use of chicken; and research activities pertaining to chicken.
