Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Marketing Act and the Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Scheme. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the composition and functioning of the Board of Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador. The text – consisting of 22 sections – deals with the following aspects: account supervision, duties of secretary-manager, meeting agendas, decisions by members, prohibition of voting, decisions by members, financial year, reports to be provided, corporate seal and appointments.
