Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Marketing Act. In particular, section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulations establishes that a person shall not engage in the marketing of chicken in the Province unless he or she is the holder of a valid licence issued by the Board and pays to the Board annually the fee prescribed by the Minister. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Short title (1); Prohibition (2); Monthly report (3); Expiry (4); Compliance required (5); Refusal of licence (6); Repeal (7).
