The present Regulation comes into force on 30 December 2012.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations lays down provisions relating to the levy imposed on chicken broiler producers. The text – consisting of 7 sections – deals with the following aspects: fee imposed on producers, time of imposition of fee, processor's obligation to deduct and to remit, producer's obligation to remit if not deducted, non-application of Regulation and coming into force.
