This Act amends the Clean Air Act to provide for reporting and disseminating information under section 112(r) of that Act. It, among other things concerns public access to Off-Site Consequence Analysis (OCA) data and risk management of flammable liquids. Flammable fuels used as fuel or held for sale as fuel at a retail facility are removed from coverage by the Risk Management Program (RMP).
