Abstract

This Ordinance confers duties on the Swedish Chemicals Agency with respect to regulation and control of chemical products and biotechnical organisms and environmental and health impact assessments. Chemical products and biotechnical organisms which are professionally produced in or imported into Sweden must be registered in the product register in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
