Abstract

The present Ordinance completes the Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on substances that deplete the ozone layer of 15 September 2009. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (art.1); Notification of use of halones (art.2); Recovery and taking back of used substances (art. 3); Prevention of discharge in the atmosphere (art.4); Particular requirements relating to people assigned to special works (art. 5); Penalties (art.6); Entry into force (art. 7).
