These licences grant the right to trade in chemical fertilizers. Applications for licences shall be made to the Chief Agricultural Officer. A licence granted by the Chief Agricultural Officer shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. Cooperative societies shall be exempted from paying a fee for a licence.
