Abstract

This Order completely prohibits the exportation from Zambia of any charcoal, either manufactured from a plantation or obtained from a Local Forest or National Forest or a forest that naturally grows or regenerates in a particular area. Contravention of this prohibitions is declared an offence and receiving or having in possession of, or dealing in any manner in, charcoal that is unlawfully obtained or in respect of which an offence has been committed is also declared an offence.
